MYPOOL’s 10th Anniversary collaborative NFT
MYPOOL drops a collaborated NFT with an artist, Missang, to celebrate its 10th anniversary.
MYPOOL is the first subscribed language learning platform in Korea and provides a service that allows unlimited learning of all language contents through monthly subscriptions, including English, Chinese, Spanish, Vietnamese, Japanese and TOEIC courses.
Missang is an IT expert who has been working for a domestic IT company for 20 years. As an IT expert and an artist, he is always talking about the convergence of digital and analog, and expresses various messages about human life and philosophy that penetrate the past, present, and future in strong and mysterious colors.
The work “Tell a Wish” conveys the message that there is a spiritual being in the universe that grants the wishes. The face represents the galaxy in space, and the knee represents the earth. People live as a star born in Earth, and return to stars in the sky. And, while they live, they live with some special mind inside.
The artist says that everyone lives with their own earnest wishes in their minds. When people are young, they have dreams of childhood, when people are in school, they have dreams of school days, and young people have dreams of youth. People even dream when they get old, and never give up on their dreams. The reason why people don’t lose their dreams is because there is a being in the universe who listen to them. That being can be a god to some, a great person in history, or an ancestor. The important thing is that when people make a wish, there is someone who will listen to it.
All users who purchase “Tell a Wish” NFT will be provided with a pass worth 1.43 million won ($1,430) (1 year pass X 10), and 99 users (first-come, first-served) will get a numbered printed frames as a souvenirs.
The 10th anniversary of MYPOOL will be published in a total of 990 editions, and will be introduced through ENFTEE (enftee.com).
