ENFTEE in 2021, and what to look for 2022
ENFTEE conducted a survey from their top 50 collectors to look behind 2021 and to increase the value of NFT Arts in 2022. The survey showed NFT collector’s trend such as art preferences, collecting purposes, and many more. See below for interesting results.
Collectors’ Preferences:

The survey showed that when people buy NFT from ENFTEE, about 50% of the collectors prefer digital works such as illustrations, 3D, and graphics arts the most. The others said they do not have preferences, and want to explore as many as various genres of art. The most preferred price the users think for each NFT was under $100. Yet, some collects said they would pay more than $400 to collect.
Collectors Trend:
The survey showed the trend of the collectors on buying NFTs.

The first biggest reason why collectors bought the NFT was to collect their favorite artists and their works. The second reason was for an investment; collectors expected for a profit through secondary transaction. Few of them said they bought it to follow the trend of it as the NFT market is growing fast and many people are exploring.

The half of the collectors bought under 10 pieces and spent less than $1,000. Yet, on the other hand, there were collectors who bought up to 100 pieces and spend maximun $50,000. From this result, we concluded that after the NFT art was introduced in the past few years for the first time, there are two main groups in collectors: the novices and the experts.
The novices are the art contents fans who are not familiar with NFT, and the experts who has investment purpose in NFTs, but also have a passion in art indusry, too.

The profit of the experts who bought the NFT for investment (the second biggest reason buying NFT as seen above) ranged minimum of $1,000 to maxmimun of $50,000. 15% of the people made between $1,000 to $5,000, 7.7% made $5,000 ~ $10,000.

We also asked collectors how often do they search for NFT informations and 43% of the collectors said they only look less than once a week, and about 14% said they look for it everyday.
The lookback and the future of ENFTEE
From this lookback survey, we were able to find our collectors’ preferences and trends that led us for the last one year. We also realized that our first main target is the people who are new to NFTs, and the second target is the one who are already knows the procedure.
Many of the users said they want to see some improvements on the website such as log-in issues and bugs, and want to get exposed to many other new artists. We acknowledge the website issues and plan on to launch ENFTEE 2.0 in anytime soon, and on our way to introduce many more unique and new artists with great potential!
